BENGALURU: In a move to strengthen its presence in the fast-growing home and personal care markets, Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting announced on Thursday that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire the Good-Home and Eva brands from TTK Healthcare Limited.
The deal, valued at ₹256 crore, marks Wipro’s 17th acquisition to date. Good-Home and Eva collectively generated ₹148 crore in revenue during the 2025–26 financial year.

Through this deal, Wipro adds two well-established names to its FMCG lineup:
Good-Home: A household care brand featuring air fresheners, odor eliminators, cleaning scrubbers, and drain cleaners.
Eva: A pioneer in the Indian personal care space, offering deodorant body sprays, no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons, and talcum powders.
Strategic Alignment and Leadership Insights
The acquisition aligns with Wipro’s broader strategy to expand into high-potential categories driven by rising hygiene awareness, premiumization, and shifting consumer preferences.
“Good Home and Eva are well-established brands with a strong legacy and enduring consumer trust,” said Kumar Chander, CEO of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and MD of Wipro Enterprises. “This acquisition further strengthens our home care and personal care portfolio while expanding our presence in categories that continue to see strong consumer relevance and long-term growth.”
Neeraj Khatri, Chief Executive of Wipro Consumer Care, noted that both brands are a natural fit for the company’s portfolio, enhancing its capacity to serve everyday consumer needs. Meanwhile, Sumit Keshan, Managing Partner at Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and M&A Head (India), emphasized that the addition reinforces Wipro’s ambition to build a diversified FMCG business through a mix of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
Smooth Transition and Future Outlook
Speaking on behalf of the sellers, TT Raghunathan, Executive Chairman of TTK Healthcare Limited, expressed confidence in the transition.
“Good Home and Eva have been an integral part of our portfolio and have earned the trust of consumers over many years,” Raghunathan stated. “We believe Wipro Consumer Care is well positioned to take these brands to the next stage of growth, supported by its strong FMCG capabilities and proven track record of nurturing acquired brands.”
Wipro confirmed that both Good-Home and Eva will retain their distinct brand identities. Following the completion of the deal, the company plans to leverage its integrated manufacturing, R&D, marketing, and distribution networks to drive product innovation and expand market reach nationwide.
