Raichur Anti Corruption Bureau PS have trapped Sri Ramalingappa while accepting the bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant

Date: 26.10.2018.
A resident of Jagir Venkatapur Village of Raichur Taluk had sought for mutation of 3 Acres of land to his wife’s name. Sri Ramalingappa, Village Accountant, Jagir Venkatapur Gram Panchayat, Raichur Taluk had demanded bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- to do the same.
On 26/10/2018 the officials of Raichur Anti Corruption Bureau PS have trapped Sri Ramalingappa while accepting the bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant. The A.G.O is secured, and the bribe amount is recovered. The investigation is continued.

It is estimated that rainforest are being cut down at the rate of 100 trees per minute, the rates of rainforest destruction are 2.4 acres per Second,
149 acres per minute, 214,000 acres per day,and 78 Million acres per year
That is around 7 billion trees in a Year.

It is understandable that our lifestyle is in such a way we can not stop these practice of using furniture or papers etc.

This made Town Technologies into a Research on what else can be done to reduce the ratio of cutting down trees and this is what we found out

Since years and years it has been a practice of exchanging trade card later called as visiting card or so called business card.

There is nothing wrong in exchanging a paper card but the problem is once a person receives a so called business card he uses it not more than 2 times even this practice is also perfectly alright!

“I Run For Health “10k Run on 28tt October@ J.P Park. Official Race T-shirts and Trophy Unveiled

Bangalore, 28°’ October 2018: The Pawaar’s Groups in association with Columbia AsiaReferral Hospital Yeshwanthpur, unveiled official race T-shirts and Trophy for “I Run for Health”10k run here on Wednesday at press club. I Run for Health presented by nest away is scheduled on 28th- October 2018 at J.P park Bangalore. The event is designed to promote health and create awareness on Lung Cancer among the people of the city.

I Run for Health started with a motto to bring the city together for a common cause in irrespective of socio economic status of a populace. I Run For Health 10K Run is an event for all, including Passionate Marathon runners, regular running enthusiasts, fitness conscious individuals and casual participants from different fields like Corporate, Communities, and Educational Institutions etc.

I Run for Health is one of the biggest and first ever sand run in south India. We would expect over more than 1000 people to participate with a mix gender, age groups across the city and the state. The race will have 3 primary categories, 10k, 5k and 2.5k sand run with a cash prize of 9k and trophy.

Speaking on the occasion Ms. Dcvaki.s Pawaar managing director, Pawaasrs groups we are truly excited about the event I Run for Health first ever sand run. We are greatly encouraged by the response from the running enthusiasts in the city. We have designed a route for the I Run for Health 10K runners to experience the first ever sand run. Mr. Munirathna MLA for Rajarajeswari constituency will be Inaugurating the event, Mrs. Sunandamma, Congress leader; Dr Mallur Srinivas the Famous Chirographer and Mr.Asif Iqbal President IETO will also be present at this occasion. The events also include Zumba class for warm up, Colombia Asia first aid and free health check up etc.

Lung cancer is a leading cause of death among both men and women. It is a growing global threat. Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology, Bengaluru “Presents IKYA-2018”

Nagajuna College of Engineering & Technology was established by Nagarjuna Education Society and supported by Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd. The college is situated on a sprawling campus of around 100 acres with the state-of-the-art facilities. It is well connected by road to all major places of Karnataka & is around 12 kms from Bengaluru International Airport.

The college runs 5 Engineering branches & 6 PG courses – MBA & M.Tech, and Doctoral Program in 7 departments. Over a period of 18 years, the college has undergone a good transformation under the able leadership of Sri. J. V. Rangaraju, Chairman, NES and Mr. Chaitanya Varma, Secretary, NES.

IKYA is an Intercollegiate cultural fest to showcase the talents of engineering students in the field of music, dance and other art forms.
