Every person coming to a liquor shop from today should receive a marking with indelible ink (like in elections). Such person should not be eligible for free food and other kits distributed by the government. The free / subsidized ration should be stopped. IF HE HAS MONEY FOR BOOZE, THEN WHY THE FREEBIES?
