Hindu Janajagruti Samiti is organising a state level Hindu Rashtra Convention at Gangamma Thimmaiah Inn and Convention Center, Bengaluru on 28th and 29th January 2023. More than 100 Hindu organisations, with 500 devout Hindus will be participating from different districts of Karnataka.

This Hindu Rashtra Convention will discuss various issues concerning Hindus, like Love Jihad, Halal Jihad, Brutal killings of Hindu workers, distortion of History, attack on Hindu Dharma and practices, Temple Takeover, Protection of Cows etc. A working plan will be formulated to create awareness amongst Hindus, to unite them and take up agitations to solve these problems.

More than 30 eminent personalities will guide on various topics; prominent among them being Sri. Chakravarthy Sulibele, Yuva Brigade, Sri. Eminent Social Activist and Ophthalmologist, Dr. Madhu Seethappa, Joins AAP

Aam Aadmi Party Karnataka Wednesday announced the joining of Dr. Madhusudan Seethappa, an eminent ophthalmologist and a social activist from Bagepalli to the party.

Addressing the media on the occassion, Karnataka State In-charge, Dilip Pandey said, “We are thrilled to have Dr. Seethappa join our party. Dr. Siddappa’s expertise will be a valuable asset to the party, particularly in the areas of health systems , irrigation and farmer issues. We welcome him to the AAP family and look forward to working with him to bring about positive change for the people of Karnataka”.

On joining the Aam Aadmi Party, Dr. Madhu Seethappa said, “I am happy to be part of the AAP family. AAP is a party run by democratic values and gives emphasis on inclusion of all communities and all strata of people. I have always worked for the upliftment of the people. Intelligent people should enter politics for the betterment of the society. Karnataka has been marred with corruption and communal outrages and this has to change. I believe that AAP can bring that change”.

Madhu Seethappa is a senior corneal surgeon. He is currently working at Optimax Hospital in Tumakuru and has a significant number of corneal surgeries to his credit. Dr. Seethappa is also a social activist and has written articles on the fate of farmers in drought-affected districts, highlighting the social, economic and health effects of the farmers in those areas.

He had submitted a detailed project report prepared by Sanlac Company in 2014 on how to rectify the mistakes in ongoing Yettinahole project, KC valley & HN valley projects. He also submitted the detailed project report about diverting 40 TMCs of water from Linganamakki dam to then honourable irrigation minister Mr. M.B. Patil.

Dr. Seethappa has been a close associate of Late Commorade GV Sreerama Reddy, a CPM leader and two time MLA from Bagepalli constituency. He has been leading the Praja Sangharasha Samiti since 2017 after the founder GV Sreerama Reddy’s demise. PSS is an organization that works for the upliftment of farmers and farmer issues in Bagepalli.

He has recently started a 90 days movement called Jana Jagruthi Jaatha to fight against electoral corruption, constituencies problems/development & to aims to prevent BJP to gain Power.

Today, January 24, 2023) is a historic day for all Sanatanis in general and Kashmiri Hindus in particular. Gold plated Panchaloha idol of Godess Sharda is being taken in a yatra from Sringeri toTeetwal LoC in Kashmir where she will be installed in a newly constructed temple on March 22, 2023.

This main deity of Kashmiri Pandits and worshiped as the Goddess of Knowledge will be carried in a specially designed chariot vehicle, and pass through Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi-NCR, Cghandigarh, Amritsar, Jammu and finally to Tikker Asthapan in Kupwara. In all above places, the chariot carrying the deity will be kept in Kashmiri Bhavans for the darshan of displaced Kashmiri Pandits living all over India.

PROGRAMME IN KASHMIR BHAVAN, Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

January 26, 2023 at Noon: The chariot will reach Kashmir Bhavan where she will be kept for dharshan by all the devotees and general public.

January 27, 2023: Darshan will open at 7 am to 7 p.m. (A special homa will be performed at Kashmir Bhavan lawns from 10 a, to 2 p.m.

January 28, 2023: Darshan will open at 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Prashad will be distributed to all the devotees.

The Panchaloha Murthi of Sharda MAA, given by Sringeri Sharda Mutt to Save Sharda Committee headed by Sh Ravinder Pandita will be taken to Teetwal in Kashmir for its consecration at newly built Sharda Temple at LoC Teetwal.

The Yatra will start from Guru Tritya ( that would be annual convocation day at Sharda Peeth during ancient times) falling on January 24, 2023.

The Pran-pratishtha of Sharda Mata idol will be on Chaitra maas prtipada NAVREH day falling on March 22, 2023. The Save Sharada Committee of Kashmir has been set up to revive the ancient Sharada temple, which used to be a major seat of learning in ancient India but now in ruins in the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir after being plundered and ravaged by the invaders.

Members of Save Sharda Committee and Sharda Yatra Temple Committee, joined by representatives of the community from Bangalore are in Singeri on January 24 to be a part of the first leg of Yatra and will reach Kashmir Bhavan, Jayanagar Bangalore on January 26 afternoon, where it will be kept till January 27 for divine darshan of devotees. A homa (Havan) will be performed on January 27 at Kashmir Bhavan.

All the devotees and Sanatanis are requested to have the darshan of Sharda Maa before the Yatra leaves for Mumbai.

ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತರೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 25,30,32,33,25 ಹಾಗೂ 36 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸುಧೀರ್ಘ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿ ಈಗ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಅಥವಾ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ದುಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟ ಭದ್ರ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೇ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ 1-4-2012 ರಿಂದ 31-12-2015 ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವರ ಜೀವನ ಚಿಂತಾಕ್ರಾಂತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದೇ ಶಾಪವೇ?

ಇವರ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಉಪದಾನ ಅಥವಾ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ FD(Spl) 113 PEN.2012 ದಿನಾಂಕ 07-01-2013 ರಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರುಗಳು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಆದೇಶ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಮಿತ್ರರು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರುಗಳು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಉಪದಾನವನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಮಾರು 6,8,9 ಹಾಗೂ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪಡೆದು ಸಮಾಧಾನಕರ ಜೀವನ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಾಳಿನ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇವರುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ | ಮಕ್ಕಳ ವಿಧ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ | ಮದುವೆಗಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಅಥವಾ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಉಪದಾನದಿಂದ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಥವಾ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ AFC 0 CORRIGENDUM NO:FD (Spl) 113 PEN.2012 ದಿನಾಂಕ : 11-3-2020 ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಇದರ ಮುಖೇನ CORRECTIVE FACTOR 1.839 SHOULD BE 1.6 ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಅಥವಾ ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯನ್ನು ಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಅಥವಾ 50% OF LAST PAY DRWAN WHICH EVER IS LESS ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿರುವುದು ದಿಗ್ಗಾಂತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಅಥವಾ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಲಗಳನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಈ ದಿಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಅಥವಾ ಭೇಟಿ ಫಲಪ್ರದವಾಗದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನ್ಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಸೂಚಿತ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಕೆಇಟಿ ಮತ್ತುಧಾರವಾಡದ ಉಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಪೀಠವು ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿತು. ಈ ದುಸ್ಥಿತಿ 1-4-2012ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮುಂಚೆ ಮತ್ತು 31-12-2015ರ ನಂತರ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯ ಜೀವನ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವುಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ತ್ರಿಶಂಕು ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬಾಧಿತ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವ ಬದಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಧಾರವಾಡ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ WPNo ದಾವೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 105388 of 2021 (S-KAT) ದಿನಾಂಕ : 30-11-2021 ರಂದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಕೆ.ಎ.ಟಿ, ಆದೇಶವು ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದೆ. ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಚಿತ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವರ ಜೀವನ ದಾರ ತುಂಡಾದ ಗಾಳಿಪಟದಂತೆ ಅತಂತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಘನತೆವೆತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಖಂಡನೀಯ.

ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಾದ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಆದವರ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿ ಕದಡುವಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಾರದೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದಾಗಿ ಕೆಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿವೇಚನಾರಹಿತ ನಿರ್ಣಯದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪಿಂಚಣಿದಾರರು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದ್ಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯ ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಶಾಹಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಗದಾಪ್ರಹಾರವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆಂಬ ಭರವಸೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

Teach for India conducts a panel discussion on ‘Education for Equity’ attended by Mr. Narayana Murthy at the InspireED Conclave in Bengaluru.

Speaking on the panel, Mr Narayana Murthy, Founder and Chairman, Infosys said, “I am of the firm belief that there is no role more important than of a teacher in shaping young minds and there is no doubt that education is the most important gift that we can give to a child. Today, there is a need to focus on teacher training so that all Government teachers can also use innovative teaching methods to make learning relevant and engaging. Government schools should take support from civic society organizations like ‘Teach For India’ so that children can have equal opportunities.”
