BENGALURU – Marking the auspicious occasion of Prathama Ekadashi, thousands of devotees gathered at the Nanjangud Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt in Jayanagar 5th Block to receive Tapta Mudra Dharana from Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji.
The spiritual observances commenced early in the morning, with Swamiji performing the sacred Sri Rama Devara Samsthana Puja at 6:30 AM. This was followed by a solemn Mangalarathi dedicated to Moola Rama Deva seated in a gold cradle.
After participating in the Sudarshana Homa and undergoing the initiation himself, Swamiji began administering the sacred seals (Mudra Dharana) to the waiting congregation from 7:30 AM onwards.
Throughout the day, the mutt hosted discourse sessions led by renowned scholars from across the state.
The entire event was organized under the guidance of the mutt’s senior manager, Sri R.K. Vadeendracharya. Special provisions were put in place to ensure a smooth flow of crowds, including designated fast-track queues for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
Expressing their gratitude for the seamless arrangements, devotees returned after receiving the sacred stamps and seeking the blessings of Sri Hari Vayu Gurugalu.
