ಈಗ ತಾನೆ ನಾನು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು , ಅವರ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ :
• ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರದಂತೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಮನೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ರೂ ಐದು ಲಕ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ , ಅಡಿಪಾಯ ಹಾಕಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕ ಕಂತಾಗಿ ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರಿಗೆ , ರೂ . ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಗಿದೆ .

ಅವಳಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ 2019 ರ ಕನ್ನಡತಿ ಉತ್ಸವದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಂತರ-ಕಾಲೇಜು ಕಿರುನಾಟಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಯನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ನೋಂದಣಿಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದವು. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಆಡಿಷನ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಐದು ತಂಡಗಳು ಕೊನೆಯ ಹಂತದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆದಿವೆ. ಈ ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು 03/11/2019 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಅವಳಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯ 3ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಕನ್ನಡತಿ ಉತ್ಸವ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕನ್ನಡತಿಯರ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮರೆಯದೇ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುವ ಆಶಯದಿಂದ 2017ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಹಬ್ಬ “ಕನ್ನಡತಿ ಉತ್ಸವ”. ಕಲೆ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ನೋಟ ದ ಅನಾವರಣ ಕನ್ನಡತಿ ಉತ್ಸವದ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾನತೆಯತ್ತ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಅವಳಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯದು.
ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಂದಲೇ ರಚಿತವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಿರುನಾಟಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅತ್ಯದ್ಭುತ ನಾಟಕ ಕಥಾವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಣೆದು, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ, ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೂ, ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಿಗೂ ಹಾಗು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಗೂ ಅವಳಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ತಂಡವು ಅಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಐದು ತಂಡಗಳು “ಕನ್ನಡತಿ ಉತ್ಸವ”ದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಂತಿಮ ಸುತ್ತಿನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಗೆದ್ದ ಮೂರು ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೂ ಅವಳಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಉಚಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ ವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರಾಗಿ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯ ನುರಿತ ಕಲಾವಿದೆಯರು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
