ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಗಳು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು BIKCHE ಬೇಡುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಆಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿ ಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಕು ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಮನ ಬಂದಂತೆ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರೂ. 3000/- ಕೋಟಿ ಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ನಷ್ಟ ಉಂಟಾಗುತಿದೆ.ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಿ ಇದೇ ಹಣವನ್ನು NERESANTHASTHA ರಿಗೆ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸ ಬಹುದು. ಇದು CM ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ.

Bengaluru: Hospitals and healthcare organizations are increasingly collaborating with technology specialists to digitize and scale elements of their service framework and interface. Technology is positively transforming various elements of healthcare delivery, facilitating skill development, removing bottlenecks, widening accessibility, and is gradually democratizing healthcare. A decade and a half back, ARTIST – Asian Institute for Research and Skill Transfer a platform for excellence in women’s healthcare research and skilling founded by internationally recognized obstetrician and gynecologist and former FOGSI ambassador to FIGO Dr. Hema Divakar, in association with Karuna Trust and Govt of Karnataka, launched First Referral Unit in Santhemarahalli a rural geography The pilot project ‘Panchami’ a centre of excellence for Maternal and Child Healthcare, focussed on training the frontline healthcare providers to deliver quality women’s healthcare. As a result, pregnancy delivery scaled up from 10 a month to over 350 a month. What differentiated ‘Panchami’ was its protocol driven quality of care leading to remarkable outcomes. It fostered trust among women. “The success of First Referral Unit model encouraged us to replicate the program in remote rural geographies of Jharkhand, Maharash tra, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan in association with Skill India. Karnataka ranks lowest among the South Indian states in the delivery of quality maternal healthcare and neonatal care. Our mission is to change that and ensure irrespective of where women go, they should receive quality healthcare. In association with Govt. of Karnataka we are now seeking collaborations and partnerships to scale the model in both private and public healthcare systems across Karnataka through Digital Platforms. Ever since the founding of ARTIST Skill Gurukool in 2007, we have conducted digitally delivered and technology assisted skills training programs, capacity enhancement workshops, which have helped over 10,000 ObGyns with online certification courses, 1,000 paramedics and 5,000 students in enhancing their capabilities and gaining hands on experience through skills transfer courses on a health care. ಹೊರ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಾದ ಮುಂಬೈ, ಕೋಲ್ಕತ್ತಾ, ದೆಹಲಿ, ಚೆನೈ, ಕೇರಳ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವಾರು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಬಳಸುವ ಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಬ್ ಗಳಾದ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಟರ್ ಅಳವೀಕಡಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದಲೇ ಮೀಟರ್ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಚಾಲಕರ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಗಂಡಸಿ ಸದಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಂಡಿಸಿರುವ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಲಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ, ಆಟೋ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿ ಚಾಲಕರಿಗೆ ಗುಂಪುವಿಮೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಟೋ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿ ಚಾಲಕರಿಗೆ 50 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಥಿ ಸೂರು ಯೋಜನೆ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕರೆದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 30.00.2019 ರಂದು ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

” ಸ್ವರಾ ” ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡದೆ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ . ಮಾನ್ಯರೆ , ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪರಭಾಷಾ ಚಿತ್ರವಾದ ‘ ಸ್ವಲಾ ‘ ಚಿತ್ರವು ಇನ್ನೇನು ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 800 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸೀನ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ 20 ರಿಂದ 30 ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹಂಚಿಕೆದಾರರ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ‘ ಸೈರಾ ‘ ಚಿತ್ರವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ . ಆದರೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಪರಭಾಷೆಯಾದ ‘ ಸೈರಾ ” ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ತಡೆಯುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
