ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ನೀಡುವ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ 2017ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 25 ರಂದು 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯು ನೋಂದಾಯಿತವಲ್ಲದ ಮದರಸದಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗದ ಮದರಸಗೆ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಎಂದು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಅನುದಾನ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಅಕ್ಷಮ್ಯ ಅಪರಾಧ ಎಂದರು.

ಈ ಶಾಲೆ ಒಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1983 ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2009ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಮಫಲಕ ಅಳವಡಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಶಾಲಾ ರಶೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ “ಜಾಮೀಯಾ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದೀಯ ಮಂನ್ನೂರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್ ಶಾಲೆ” (ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ: ‘ಜಾಮೀಯ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದೀಯಾ ಎಜುಕೇಷನ್‌ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಮುಂಬೈ’) ಮತ್ತು “ಸಾಮರ್ ಇಂಟರ್‌ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಶಾಲೆ” (ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ: “ಅಲ್ ಜಾಮೀಯ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದೀಯಾ ಎಜುಕೇಷನ್‌ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಮುಂಬೈ”) ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಶಾಲೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾಗದ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಕೂಡ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ವಿವಾದಿತ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯ ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿತವಲ್ಲದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶೋಷಣೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಜೊತೆ ಚೆಲ್ಲಾಟವಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಂಚನೆ, ಭೂಕಬಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಹಮೀದ್ ಪಾಷಾ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

Bengaluru: In the wake of the devastating 7.7-magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar and Thailand on March 28, 2025, India has launched Operation Brahma, a large-scale humanitarian mission to aid affected communities. Under this mission, India has swiftly mobilized 625 metric tonnes of humanitarian aid and disaster relief (HADR) materials, transported through six aircraft and five Indian Naval ships. The relief supplies include food, medicine, shelter kits, and emergency rescue equipment.

An 80-member National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team has been deployed to Mandalay, Myanmar, one of the worst-hit regions, conducting search-and-rescue operations. Meanwhile, a fully equipped field hospital staffed by Indian Army medical personnel is providing critical healthcare to injured survivors at Mandalay’s old airport.

80 ಸದಸ್ಯರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಪತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಪಡೆ (NDRF) ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಮ್ಯಾನ್ಮಾರದ ಮಂಡಲೆಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಧ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಮಂಡಲೆ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡವರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
