ಮುಂಬಯಿ 15 ಜೂನ್ 2022: ಆವಾನ್ಸೆ ಫೈನಾನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ಸರ್ವೀಸಸ್ , ಭಾರತದ ಹೊಸ ಯುಗ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ-ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ NBFC ಆಗಿದ್ದು , ಇದು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ದೇಶದ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭ, ವೇಗದ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗೆಟುಕುವ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ (NSDC) ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಹಯೋಗವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ  ಸಹಾಯದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವವರಿಗೆ  ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನುರಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಅಥವಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ತರಬೇತಿಯು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪದವಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಪರಿಣತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಾತರು ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ (TVET) ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವುದಲ್ಲದೇ ಅವರನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅನನ್ಯ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆಯು ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾದ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ-ಆಧಾರಿತ ಫ್ರೇಮ್  ಮೂಲಕ NSDC ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಶಕ್ತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲು ಆವಾನ್ಸೆ ಫೈನಾನ್ಸ್ ಸರ್ವೀಸಸ್  ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಸಹಯೋಗದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಆವಾನ್ಸೆ  ಫೈನಾನ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸಸ್‌ನ ಎಂಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಇಒ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಅಮಿತ್ ಗೈಂಡಾ ಅವರು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು, “ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಇದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ರೂಪಾಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.  ಭಾರತವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಯುವ ಸಮೂಹವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಕೆಲವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ, ದುಡಿಯುವ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ 62% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು 25 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಒಟ್ಟು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ 54% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರನ್ನು ಇದು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಇದು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗದ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Gopika who is 2 years 2 months old have created more than 80 short videos on Save Soil movement – one of the largest global eSoilggical awareness programs launched in the recent years. All the videos are uploaded in popular Social Media Platforms including YouTube Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp and Facebook on daily basis.

In all these short videos, Gopika has been featured. She has rendered her voice and acted as per the need of the concept of the video.

Gopika has acted, sang songs, danced, played mouth organ, spoke in 13 different languages, recited Sankrit shlokas & poems, did painting etc. In one of the videos, Gopika has appeared in dual role. Probably the youngest one to feature in a short film in this way.
