ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು : ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ಗಳಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 2000 ರೂ. ನೆರವು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಚಿವೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಜೊಲ್ಲೆಯವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಅವರು, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವದ ಹಂಗು ತೊರೆದು ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಹಾಮಾರಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜೀವದ ಹಂಗು ತೊರೆದು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯ ತುಂಬಲು ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕಳೆದ ವಾರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿನಂತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ 64,423 ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಹಾಗೂ 59,169 ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 2000 ರೂ. ಗಳಂತೆ ಸಹಾಯಧನ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಳು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ 24.07 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಜೊಲ್ಲೆಯವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಲಾಕ್ಡೌನ್ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲು ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗದೇ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹಾಲಿನ ಪುಡಿ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೂ ಜೂನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಜುಲೈ ತಿಂಗಳು ತಲಾ ಅರ್ಧ ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಹಾಲಿನ ಪುಡಿ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ನೀಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯರು ಕೊರೊನಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜೊತೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪೋಷಕರ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ಕಷ್ಟದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಧೃತಿಗೆಡದೆ ಜೀವನದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಕಿವಿ ಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿದರು
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿ, ಅವರ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ. ಅಂತಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾವಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿರುವ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಜೊಲ್ಲೆಯವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪಾಲಕರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಗೂಗಲ್ ಮೀಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಡಿಯೊ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಂತ್ವನ ಹೇಳಿ, ಆತ್ಮಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯ ತುಂಬಿ, ಅವರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ನೋವು, ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ನೆರವಿನ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ 19 ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಸುಮಾರು ಮೂರು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಮಗುವಿನ ಜೊತೆಗೂ ವಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪೋಷಕರ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ಕಷ್ಟದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಧೃತಿಗೆಡದೆ ಜೀವನದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಕಿವಿ ಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿದರು ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವ ಸಚಿವರು ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನೋವು ಕಂಡು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಭಾರವಾಯಿತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಇಂತಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಷಕರು ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕೊರಗು ಉಂಟಾಗಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ‘ಬಾಲ ಸೇವಾ’ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸಿಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅತೀ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮುಂದೇನಾದರೂ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾದ ಸದಾ ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಾಲ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಮಾಸಿಕ 3500 ರೂ. ನೀಡುವುದು. 10 ವರ್ಷದ ಒಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ 21 ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರೈಸಿರುವ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಸಹಾಯಧನವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಅಕೌಂಟ್ ಗೆ ತಲುತಲುಪಿಸಲು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಹಾವಳಿಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಪಲ್ಲವಿ ಆಕೃತಿ, ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಮೋಹನರಾಜ, ವಿವಿಧ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಡಿ.ಸಿ.ಪಿ.ಓ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿ.ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಓ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

June 1st, 2021: In what could be termed as the first ever made in India, Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) kits, doctors at Amrita Hospitals in collaboration with AMMACHI Labs, the academic and research centre at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, have designed and developed extremely affordable kits for frontline workers right from the scratch. This is also another step they have endeavoured to take towards realising the dream of Atmanirbhar Bharat in the healthcare sector.
Till very recently, all the PAPRs in the country were imported at a price of over Rs. 1 lakh each. With the problem becoming acute during the pandemic, the availability of protection equipment became scarce. Amrita Hospitals and AMMACHI Labs launched the product jointly in January this year. PAPR, a protection equipment technology used for supplying purified air to medical professionals working in infection prone areas such as COVID wards, are extremely valuable in preventing healthcare workers from contracting infection and disease from the aerosolized virus particles. PAPRs are generally safer, more comfortable to use, and reusable as compared to normal PPEs with N95 masks. Because of their exorbitant costs, they haven’t been widely used in developing countries like India. Amrita Hospital’s goal is to develop a low-cost solution that meets all the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) standards while making these widely available across India and the world at affordable prices.
Dr. Bhavani Rao R., Director, AMMACHI Labs who is overseeing the entire project, said, “PAPRs have been inspired by Mata Amritanandamayi Devi or Amma’s vision and guidance encouraging teams at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham to convert the challenges of the pandemic into several world class innovations. The product has been developed by the initiative and ingenuity of scientists, doctors and engineers from several Amrita institutions coming together for one single cause – dealing with the pandemic with cutting edge and social innovations. PAPRs have the potential to help people not just in the medical field but from all walks of life, thereby creating a tangible impact on society. Once all the feedback and design improvements have been incorporated, our PAPRs will be productized and marketed by Omnex Inc. Unlike commercial PAPRs costing anywhere between Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 1,50,000, our PAPR will cost less than Rs. 30,000 per kit.”
Omnex Inc., an international consulting, training and software development organisation specialises in managing system solutions that elevate performance of client organisations. Commenting on the product roll-out strategies, Arun Kumar, Vice President, Omnex Global said, “Omnex Inc. has planned a usability study with 20 PAPRs by medical professionals at AIMS. Based on the feedback from medical professionals, the product will be fine-tuned and scaled up for production. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and Omnex Inc. will also be applying for certifications for the PAPR product. Currently, work is in progress for gathering data for pre-certification testing requirements for NIOSH approval for US markets. We are also exploring requirements for field testing in an accredited lab of NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories).”
Amrita PAPR for medical professionals uses an H14 grade HEPA filter with more than 99.995 percent and not only weighs less at 1.4 kg, but the air flow is also more at > 10 CFM, it is less noisy as motor/blower operational noise – ≤ 68 dBA at ear and the battery pack lasts about 10-14 hours. In comparison 3M PAPR weighs 1.78 kg the air flow is slower at High Flow Nominal of 8 CFM, operating the motor is noisier at ≤ 75 dBA at ear and the battery lasts for less amount of time approximately 7-19 hours (TR-630 7-12.5 hours; TR632 10.5-19 hours). The lower noise of the battery makes communication easier.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಮಹಾಮಾರಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನಿಂದ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವಿನ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಸ್ತ ಚಾಚಿರುವುದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಜೊಲ್ಲೆ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಅವರು, ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನಿಂದ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೆಲವು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪೋಷಕರೂ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಿಂದ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅನಾಥರಾಗಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ದೃಷ್ಠಿಯಿಂದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಾಲ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು 3500 ರೂ. ಸಹಾಯ ಧನ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನಾಥ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಬಾಳಿಗೆ ಆಶಾಕಿರಣವಾಗಿ ಹೊಮ್ಮಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ 10 ವರ್ಷದ ಒಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪಾಲನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಆರೈಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲು ಮಾದರಿ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಾದ ಕಸ್ತೂರಬಾ, ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ, ಮೊರಾರ್ಜಿ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವುದು. 10 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಅಥವಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಲ್ಯಾಾಪ್ಟಾಪ್ ಅಥವಾ ಟ್ಯಾಾಬ್ ನೀಡುವುದು. 21 ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರೈಸಿರುವ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಮದುವೆ, ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ1 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಸಹಾಯಧನ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊವಿಡ್ನಿಂದ ಅನಾಥವಾಗುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿ ಅಥವಾ ಹಿತೈಸಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾಥ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಧಾವಿಸಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನಿಂದ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅಂತಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಾಣ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಜೊಲ್ಲೆಯವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
The manufacturing, testing, release and distribution of vaccines is a complex and multifactorial process with hundreds of steps, requiring a diverse pool of human resources. For vaccines to result in actual vaccination of people, highly coordinated efforts are required from international supply chain, manufacturers, regulators and State and Central government agencies.
Production scale-up of vaccines is a step-by-step process, involving several regulatory SOPs of GMP (Standard Operating Procedures of Good Manufacturing Practices). There is a four-month lag time for COVAXIN® to translate into actual vaccination.
The timeline for manufacturing, testing and release for a batch of COVAXIN® is approximately 120 days, depending on the technology framework and regulatory guidelines to be met. Thus, production batches of COVAXIN® that were initiated during March this year will be ready for supply only during the month of June.
Based on Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation(CDSCO) guidelines, all vaccines supplied in India are mandated by law to be submitted for testing and release to the Central Drugs Laboratory, Government of India. All batches of vaccines supplied to State and Central Governments are based on the allocation framework received from the Government of India.
The timeline for vaccine supplies to reach the depots of the State and Central Governments from Bharat Biotech’s facilities is around two days. The vaccines received at these depots have to be further distributed by the State Governments to various districts within their respective states. This requires additional number of days. Pandemic vaccines are distributed by respective governments equitably across all sections of the population. Vaccines once available at the vaccination centers are then administered to recipients over a period of time, based on demand.
