ದಿನಾಂಕ: 28-12-2024 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ಅಂಧ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಪಾಲಿನ ಪ್ರಪ್ರಥಮ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜನೆಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಸರ್ವಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಮನಗುಂಡಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರು ಬಸವ ಮಹಾಮನೆ ಪೀಠಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವಾನಂದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ಅಂಧರ ಕವಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ “ಹೊಸಗನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಧ ಬರಹಗಾರರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳು”, ‘ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಗಾನ ಯೋಗಿ ಡಾ| ಪುಟ್ಟರಾಜಗಾವಾಯಿಗಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳು,’ ‘ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ್ತ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರೇಲ್ ಲಿಪಿಯ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಧರಿಗಾಗಿ ತೆರೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳು’ಇವೆ ಮೊದಲಾದುವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಸರಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಂಧ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಆಶೋತ್ತರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಧ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಶೇ.95% ಚಿಂತಕರನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಇತರೆ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ವಲಯ ಶೇ.5% ರಷ್ಟು ಸಾಹಿತಿ ಚಿಂತಕರನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ದಿಕ್ಕೂಚಿ ನುಡಿಗಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮ ಬಿಳಿಮಲೆ ಅವರನ್ನು, ಕವಿ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಗಾಗಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕವಯತ್ರಿ ಡಾ॥ ಹೇಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಣ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕವನ ಸಂಕಲನಗಳ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ॥ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಜೋಶಿ ಅವರನ್ನು, ವಿವಿಧ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ಮಂಡನೆಗಾಗಿ ಕವಿ, ಚಿಂತಕ, ಡಾ॥ ವಡ್ಡಗೆರೆ ನಾಗಾರಾಜಯ್ಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ವೆಂಕಣ್ಣ ಡೊಣ್ಣೆ ಗೌಡರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಖಿಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಂಧರ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಕ್ಕೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವ ಸಮರ್ಥನಂ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಪಾರ್ ದಿ ಡಿಸೇಬಲ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದೀಪಾ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಗಾನಬನ ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯಿಂದ ನೆನೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಧ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಊಟ, ವಸತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತಿತರೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ಈ ನಾಡಿನ ಅಂಧ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುವ ದೆಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಚಾರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ದಿಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮಗಳ ಮನದಾಳದ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಚೇತನ ಕವಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗೆ ಮೊಟ್ಟ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ|| ಮಹೇಶ್ ಜೋಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಬಳಗಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂತಹ ಒಂದು ಅಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿವೇದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಅಂಧ ಕವಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮುದಿಗೆರೆ ರಮೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ರವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಂಧರ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ತು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
2000 ಇಸವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀದರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿದ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಕವಿ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಧ ಕವಿ ಡಾ॥ ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಹೇರೂರು ರವರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡ ಈ ಪರಂಪರೆಯು ಕೆಲವು ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬಿಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೇ ಸಿಗದ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವನ್ನು ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಮಂಡ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗುತ್ತಿರುವ 87ನೇ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಸಂಚಲನವನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸಿದೆ.
ಅಂಧರ ಕವಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಆಗಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರೋ. ಬರಗೂರು ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಮರೆತರೆ ಅದು ಆತ್ಮದ್ರೋಹವಾದಿತು.
