ಕೋಲಾರ ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ 2013 ರಿಂದ 2018 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ (ಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಮೀಸಲು) ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಂಚಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ನ WPNo.2841/2023 (G.M-CC) ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:15/09/2012 ರಂದು ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ರವರು ದೂರುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವಂತಹ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬಾರದೆಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಸಹ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಹೀಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರು ನಕಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಮೀಸಲು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ 2013 ರಂದು ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪಿಟೀಷನ್ ನಂ:4/2013 ರಂದು ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ರಿಟ್ ಪಿಟೀಷನ್ ನಂ:4/2013 ಆದೇಶದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಸುಪ್ರಿಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಅಪೀಲ್ 4533/2018 ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ.ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಕಲಿ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇವರು ಬೈರಾಗಿ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇವರು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ (ಬುಡಗ ಜಂಗಮ ಜಾತಿ) ಗೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೋಲಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ವರದಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ಬೇಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಬಹುದೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ (ಡಿಸಿಎಸಿ) ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಡೆಪ್ಯುಟಿ ನಂ.2841/2023 (ಜಿ.ಎಂ-ಸಿಸಿ) ದಾವೆ ಹೂಡಿ ಈ ದಾವೆಯು 20/12/2023 ರಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಅಪೀಲನ್ನು ಡಿಸ್‌ಮಿಸ್ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಿ.ಕೊತ್ತೂರು ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ 2023 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದುವರೆವಿಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದೇ ಮಂದಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧನೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೇನೋ ಎನ್ನುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸರಿ, ಈ ನಡೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಇಟ್ಟ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ?

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾತಿ ಕದ್ದ ಕೊತ್ತುರು ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ರವರನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅಮಾನತ್ತುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ ಪಡಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೂಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದರು. ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ನಾಯಕರುಗಳಾದ ದಲಿತ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಲಿತ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಮಹಾ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ,ಮುರಳಿ ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು,K. ಅನಂತ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಕೋಲಾರ,ಹನುಮಾನ್ ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಕೋಲಾರ,ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್ ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಮಾಲೂರು,ಸದಾಶಿವ ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು,ಜಗದೀಶ್ ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು ಮತ್ತು ವೆಂಕಟ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ  ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

* ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗಾ ಮತ್ತು ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಷಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತೀ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ ISRO, DRDO, HAL ನಂತಹ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಭೂಮಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಉತ್ಕೃುಷ್ಟತೆಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

+ ಈಗಾಗಲೆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ತುಮಕೂರು ಶಿರಾ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 2ನೇ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು 3,000 ಸಾವಿರ ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಸರ್ವೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆಯಂದು ಬಲ್ಲ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.
