ಈ ಮನೆಮದ್ದನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೊಳ್ಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಹಾಕಬಹುದು

2) ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ-10 ತುಂಡು
3) ಚಕ್ಕೆ-2 ಇಂಚು
4) ಲವಂಗ -20
5) ಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆ -10
ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಚಟ್ಟಿಯ ಹಾಗೆ ತುರಿದು, ಒಂದುವರೆ ಲೀಟರ್ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆಸಿ, ಕುದಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ಲೀಟರ್‌ಗೆ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುದಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಬಂದ್ ಮಾಡಿ. ತಣ್ಣಗಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಸೋಸಿ, 20 ಕರ್ಪೂರಗಳನ್ನು ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಬೆರೆಸಬೇಕು.
ಅಜ್ಜನದ ಎಲೆಗಳು ಸಿಕ್ಕಲ್ಲಿ , 10 ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಜ್ಜಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ರಸವನ್ನು ಬೆರೆಸಿ.ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಸ್ರೇ ಬಾಟಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ, ಮನೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಸ್ಪ್ರೇ ಮಾಡಿ ಇದರಿಂದ ಸೊಳ್ಳೆಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಇದನ್ನು ಸ್ಟೇ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಸೊಳ್ಳೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜೀರಲೆ, ಹಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೇಕ ಹುಳಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ತೋಲಗಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಡೆಂಗ್ಯೂ ಜ್ವರ ಬಂದವರು, ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಕೊಡುವ ಔಷಧಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪಪ್ಪಾಯದ ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕುದಿಸಿ, ಶೋಧಿಸಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಜ್ವರ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪನ್ನು ರುಬ್ಬಿ, ಕೊಬ್ಬರಿ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕುದಿಸಿ, ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಚರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೊಳ್ಳೆಗಳು ಕಚ್ಚುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಇದರಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಚರ್ಮದ ಖಾಯಿಲೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಹಕರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ. ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಆರಾಧ್ಯ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, KPDWMA ರವರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಆಫ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
