ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯ ವಿವರ: ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದ ಸಚಿವರು , ಶಾಸಕರು , ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು , ಒಟ್ಟು ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಶೇ .40 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇದರಿಂದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ , ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು , ಇದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸ್ವತಃ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಸಂಘವು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಐದಾರು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ .

ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಶೇ . 40 ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಒತ್ತಡದಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ಸಾಲದ ಬಾಧೆಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವೆಂದು ಡೆತ್ ನೋಟ್ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪರವರು ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

ಇದರ ನಂತರ ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೇವು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಠಾಧೀಶರುಗಳು ಮಠಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಅನುದಾನದಲ್ಲೂ ಈ ಕಮಿಷನ್ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವು ದಟ್ಟವಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

ದಶ ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ . ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಬಿಟ್ ಕಾಯಿನ್ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸರ್ವರ್ ಗಳ ಹ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್ ಹಗರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡ ಆರೋಪಿಯು , ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸರ್ವರ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನ ಹಾಕಿ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಲಪಟಾಯಿಸಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಈತನ ಜೊತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೆಲ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು , ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಪಾಲು ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಬಯಲಾಗಿದೆ .

ಜನಾಧನ ಖಾತೆಯೊಂದರಿಂದಲೇ ಸುಮಾರು 6,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ . ಲಪಟಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆಯೆನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ .

ಇದೇ ಭ್ರಷ್ಠತೆಯ ದುರಾಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವ್ಯಾಪಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ . ಇವುಗಳ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ನಿಜವಾದ ಜನತೆಯಾಗದೇ , ಬಹುತೇಕ ಶಾಸಕರುಗಳ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಣ ಅಥವಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಲಂಚ ನೀಡುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ನಿಜ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಶಾಸಕರುಗಳ ಕೃಪೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ , ಲಂಚ ನೀಡಲಾಗದೇ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳ ಸುತ್ತ ಗಿರಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದು ಬೇಸ್ತು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ .

ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಗಂಗಾ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ಭಾರಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಸದನ ಸಮಿತಿಯೇ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಪಡಿಸಿದೆ

ಆಸ್ತಿ ಪಾಸ್ತಿಗಳ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಲು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ , ಭೂಮಿಗಳ ಸರ್ವೇ ಮಾಡಿಸುವಾಗಲೂ , ರೈತರೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಾಗರೀಕರು ತೀವ್ರ ಆಕ್ರೋಶಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಗಬ್ಬೆದ್ದು ನಾರುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಇದರಿಂದ ಹೊರತಲ್ಲ .

ವೃದ್ಧಾಪ್ಯ , ವಿಧವಾ , ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರ ಮತ್ತು ದೇವದಾಸಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ದುರ್ಬಲರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟತೆಯು ಮುಖಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಚುತ್ತಿದೆ .

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ದೇಶದ ಮುಂದೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಲೆ ತಗ್ಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿವೆ . ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ದೂಡಿವೆ . ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅನುಚಿತ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದ ದುರ್ನಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ .

ಆದಾಗಲೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ , ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ತನಿಖೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆ , ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ , ಆ ಕುರಿತು ಏನೊಂದು ಗಂಭೀರ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸದೇ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ತೀವ್ರ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಗೇಡಿನ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿದೆ .

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ , ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸದರಿ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಸುಪರ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು .

ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲದಕ್ಕೂ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಸರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಂತ್ರಿಮಂಡಲವೇ ನೇರ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರನಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಿ ಜನರಿಂದ ಮರಳಿ ಆದೇಶ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ‘ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿಯವರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಾವು ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದರು.

Bengaluru, April, 2022: ‘Future of design in the unreal world’, was the epicenter of conversations at ‘What’s Next’2022,the sixth edition of Pearl Academy’s flagship event that brings industry and academia together to chart the roadmap for the future. Participating in the interactive session were industry leaders from the world of fashion, design, business, media and education who shared unique perspectives on how the future may unfold. Human centricity remained the key theme in design. The media fraternity discussed how technology can help in data mapping and opportunities for experiencing and interacting with news. Fashion industry leaders were of the view that technology will lead to better transparency and more intelligence. Academicians expressed that ethics need to be redefined for the Metaverse and students need to be prepared accordingly.

Bengaluru; 21st April 2022: SVKM’s NMIMS, a Deemed to be University, today celebrated the Convocation Day to felicitate students of the School of Business Management (SBM) Bengaluru Campus on their successful completion of the Master of Business Administration (MBA), PGDM-Exe and PGDBFS programs, at Sathya Sai Samskruta Sadanam, Bengaluru. The celebration was graced by the Hon’ble Chief Guest Ms. Meenakshi Srinivasan, IBM, a legendary technology veteran

The celebration was also attended by Dr. Ramesh Bhat, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)

A total of 214 students attended the ceremony this year. The MBA-11 programme had 175 students, the PGDM Ex 25 batch had 30 students, and PGDBFS 2 programme had 9 students. The Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of SVKM’s NMIMS, Dr. Ramesh Bhat conferred the Award of degrees to the graduating students, and Dr. Rajendra Nargundkar, Director, NMIMS, Bengaluru Campus facilitated the process.

Speaking at the Convocation ceremony Dr. Ramesh Bhat, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, SVKM’s NMIMS, said, “Our Bengaluru campus will soon have an agreement with Thunderbird. The MoU is in process and is in its final stages. We are also seeking more international collaborations like this in the near future. We are already a part of the Exchange programs for short-term exchange or higher studies with several international universities through our Mumbai office of International Linkages.”
