ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಆಂದೋಲನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧದ ಬಳಿಯ ಶಾಸಕರ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಲಿತ, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಹಾಗು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ನಿರಂತರ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ, ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸಮಾಲೋಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವಾರು ದಲಿತ, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳು, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳು, ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಗುರುಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಆಂದೋಲನದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಡಾ. ಬಿ. ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರವರ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗ ರಾಜ ರತ್ನ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ನಂತರ ಮುಂದಿನ ಹೊರಟದ ರೂಪು ರೇಷೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ ರಾಜ ರತ್ನ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಆಂದೋಲನ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಛಲವಾದಿ ಮಹಾಸಂಸ್ಥಾನದ ಶಿವಶರಣ ಬಸವ ನಾಗಿದೇವ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ, ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಆಂದೋಲನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸೇರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು. ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಉರಿಲಿಂಗಿ ಪೆದ್ದಿ ಮಠದ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇದೆಲ್ಲದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಎಸ್. ಡಿ. ಪಿ. ಐ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಮಜೀದ್ ಮೈಸೂರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಫ್ಯಾಷಿಸಂ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಪ್ರೀಯರು ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ನಿಂತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಆಂದೋಲನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು. ಚಿಂತಕರಾದ ಧ್ವಾರಕ್ ನಾಥ್ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೊತೆ ಗೂಡಿ ಕೆಲಸದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಇದ್ದು, ಶಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಲಿತ ಹೋರಾಟ ಗಾರ ಹಾ. ರಾ ಮಹೇಶ್, ಪಿಎಫ್ಐ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಯಾಸೀರ್ ಹಸನ್, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾ ನಿ ಪಿಂಟೋ, ದಲಿತ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಟದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್. ಡಿ. ಪಿ. ಐ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್, ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರ್ತಿ ಭೀಮ ಪುತ್ರಿ, ರಾ ಚಿಂತನ್, ದೀಪು ಗೌಡ್ರು, ಅಲ್ಫಾನ್ಸೋ ಫ್ರಾಂಕೋ, ಅಪ್ಸರ್ ಕೊಡ್ಲಿಪೇಟೆ, ದಲಿತ್ ಮೈನಾರಿಟೀಸ್ ಸೇನೆಯ ಎ.ಜೆ ಖಾನ್, ಯಮನಪ್ಪ ಗುಣದಾಳ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಹಲವಾರು ದಲಿತಪರ, ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಆಂದೋಲನದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೆ.ಎಫ್.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ.ಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೋಡನ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 3000 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು 1973 ರಿಂದ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಈ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅರ್ಹ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಆದೇಶಬದ್ದರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜೆ.ಎಫ್.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ. ಹಾಗೂ ಆಹಾರ , ನಾಗಲೀಕ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ . ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು .

* ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಗೋಡನ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಲೀ ವೇತನ ಚೀಟಿ , ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಪತ್ರ , ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟ , ಹಕ್ಕಿನ ರಜೆಗಳ ಸವಲತ್ತು ಕೂಡಲೇ ನೀಡಬೇಕು .

* ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯನಿಧಿ , ಇ.ಎಸ್.ಐ. ಕಟ್ಟಬೇಕಿರುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದl ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು .

* ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗೋಡನ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ 2018 ರಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.16- ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ , ಜೀವನ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇಂದು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ 16- ರೂ.ಗಳಿಂದ 25 ರೂ.ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ , ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಎಫ್.ಸಿ.ಐ.ನಿಂದ ಕೆ.ಎಫ್.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ.ಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ದರವನ್ನು ರೂ .08 – 13 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು .

* ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸದ ವೇಳೆ , ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಾದ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಗಾಚ್ಯುಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು .

* ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ವೇತನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು .

* ಭಾರತದ ಆಹಾರ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ( ಎಫ್.ಸಿ.ಐ. ) ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವೇತನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೆ.ಎಚ್.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ. , ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೂ ಸವಲತ್ತು ನೀಡಬೇಕು .

* ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕನಿಗೆ ಅಪಘಾತ ಉಂಟಾದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಇದನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು .

ಈ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಸಕ್ರೀಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಗೋಡನ್‌ಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಳಕಳಿಯ ಮನವಿ

COVAXIN® (BBV152) booster dose study shows Promising Results

·       The phase 2, double-blind, randomised controlled COVAXIN® trial demonstrated long-term safety with no serious adverse events. 

  ·       6 months after receipt of the second COVAXIN® dose: 

  o  Durable neutralising, T and B cell responses detected, which suggests good immune memory responses and long-term protection from severe disease. 

o  90% of recipients had a detectable neutralising antibody response  against the wild – type strain (6 months after the second dose). 

  

·       6 months after receipt of the second COVAXIN® dose, participants received a third booster dose of COVAXIN®: 

  

o  Neutralisation titers against wild – type and Delta variants were 5 times higher than after a two-dose schedule. 

o  Similar increases in neutralising antibodies against Alpha, Beta, Delta plus were observed. 

o  The booster dose led to a pronounced increase in CD4+ T-  and CD8+ Tcell response.  This may allow COVAXIN® to confer long term protective efficacy against severe SARS-CoV-2. 

o  The frequency of adverse events was lower than vaccines from other manufacturing platforms.  

Hyderabad, India, 08 January 2022: Bharat Biotech, a global leader in vaccine innovation and developer of vaccines for infectious diseases, today announced the results from the highly anticipated trial studying the immunogenicity and safety of the COVAXIN® (BBV152) a whole-virion inactivated COVID-19 vaccine as a booster dose. 

This analysis re-emphasises Bharat Biotech’s continued efforts to stay ahead of COVID-19,  and this update provides a comprehensive vaccine booster strategy. COVAXIN® is the first vaccine (in India) to report safety and immunogenicity results from a booster clinical trial. The analysis showed, six months after a two-dose BBV152 vaccination series cell-mediated immunity and neutralising antibodies to both homologous (D614G) and heterologous strains (Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Delta plus) persisted above baseline, although the magnitude of the responses had declined. 

Furthermore, Neutralising antibodies against homologous and heterologous SARS-CoV-2 variants increased 19 to 265 fold after a third vaccination. Booster BBV152 vaccination is safe and may be necessary to ensure persistent immunity to prevent breakthrough infections. 

Dr. Krishna Ella, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Biotech, said, “These trial results provide a strong foundation towards our goal to provide COVAXIN® as a booster dose. Our goals of developing a global vaccine against COVID-19 have been achieved. COVAXIN® is now indicated for adults, children, 2 dose primary and booster doses. This enables the use of COVAXIN® as an universal vaccine.” 

We found the vaccine induces both memory B and T cells with a distinct  CD4  and CD8 phenotype.  

Further, reactogenicity after vaccine and placebo was minimal and comparable, and no serious adverse events were reported. 

While protection against the severe disease remains high across the full 6 months, a decline in efficacy against symptomatic disease over time and the continued emergence of variants are expected. Based on emerging data, Bharat Biotech believes that a third dose may be beneficial to maintain the highest levels of protection. 

COVAXIN® is formulated uniquely such that the same dosage can be administered to adults and children alike. COVAXIN® is ready-to-use a  liquid vaccine, stored at 2- 8°C, with 12 months shelf life and multi-dose vial policy. The same vaccine can also be used for 2 dose primary immunization  and for booster dose vaccinations, making it truly an universal vaccine.

Apollo Cancer Centre, Bengaluru conducts its first live interactive Robotic Colorectal Surgical workshop in Karnataka

~Offers Advanced Robotic Surgery Treatment for Colorectal Cancers in Karnataka by Specialized Surgeons~

Bengaluru, 8th January 2022: With the objective of showcasing unparalleled expertise, Apollo Cancer Centres (ACC), ranked as the best private cancer hospital in India, held a Live Interactive Robotic Colorectal Surgery workshop in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Low Anterior Resection with a possible defunctioning Loop Ileostomy was performed under the guidance of Dr. Venkatesh Munikrishnan, credited with highest robotic colorectal surgeries in India and by Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah. The Patient was a 30 year old male from Hoogli, with rectal symptoms and mid Rectal Locally advanced Cancer. The cancer was mucinous with signet cells. After a thorough discussion of his condition at the tumour board, he underwent sperm preservation and short course of radiotherapy and 3 cycles of chemo therapy.

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರವು ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಗ್ರೀವಾಜ್ಞೆ ಮೂಲಕ ತರಾತುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ಮತಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧ ವಿಧೇಯಕವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪ್ರಜಾಸತ್ತಾತ್ಮಕ ನಿಲುವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು , ಧರ್ಮದ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗ್ಧ ಅಮಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮೇಲಿನ ದೈಹಿಕ ಹಾಗು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ದಾಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಚೋದಿಸುವ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಕೃತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲ ಆಶಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯಾಗಿದೆ .

ಈ ವಿಧೇಯಕವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 25 ರಿಂದ 28 ರವರೆಗಿನ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದಗಳು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ . ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಇದು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ವರ್ಗದವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿಯೂ , ಆತಂಕ ಹಾಗು ಭಯದ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಸುವ ಪಡ್ಯಂತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ .

ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ , ಕೊಡಗು , ಹಾಸನ , ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಹಾಗು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವು ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಮಂದಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 2021 ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 30 ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಮಂದಿರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿಗಳು ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು , ಈಗ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ತಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ರೂಪಿಸಿರುವ ಮತಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧ ವಿಧೇಯಕವು ಇಂತಹದ್ದೇ ಮತ್ತು ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಕ್ರೂರವಾದ ದಾಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಪುಷ್ಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ , ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಇಂತಹ ದಾಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವದ ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ ಗೂಂಡಾಗಳು ಕಾರಣರಾದರೂ , ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಈರಖಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಬಾಂಧವರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ . ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಇಕ್ಕಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಸಲ್ಮಾನರನ್ನೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ . 2021 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಆರೋಪದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 13 ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಕೇಸುಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಎಂದು ಪೀಪಲ್ಸ್ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಫಾರ್ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಲಿಬರ್ಟಿಸ್ ‘ ಎಂಬ ಸರ್ಕಾದೇತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ .

ದಲಿತರನ್ನು ಮತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ 3 ರಿಂದ 10 Sadr ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ಸರಕಾರವು ದಲಿತರ ಏಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಸರಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಶೂನ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ . ದಲಿತರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರಂತರ ದಾಳಿಗಳು , ಜಾತಿನಿಂದನೆ , ಬಹಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಇದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ಗೋಜಿಗೆ ಹೋಗದ ಈ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇವಲ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು , ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮತಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಹೊರಟಿದೆ .

ಈ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಹಿಂದುತ್ವ ಅಜೆಂಡಾವನನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೆ , ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಮತ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಾಮಕಾವಸ್ಥೆ ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ .

ಸರಕಾರವು ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ , ಕೃಷಿ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು , ಕೋಡ್ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಂತಹ ಹಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡುವುದರ ಸಕರಾತ್ಮಕ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಬದಲು ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸಂಬಂಧವೇ ಪಡೆದ ಮತಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮಸೂದೆಯ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಚರ್ಚೆ , ಸುಗ್ರೀವಾಜ್ಞೆಗಳು ಸರಕಾರದ ಭೌದ್ಧಿಕ ದಿವಾಳಿತನಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ನಿಲುವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿದ ಕೈಗನ್ನಡಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದರು.
