Ghiloth, December 23rd, 2021: Havells India Ltd, the leading ‘Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG)’ company in the country, today announced its vision to bolster its ‘Make in India’ strategy by showcasing its industry-first‘ Industry 4.0’manufacturing plant for Lloyd ACs in Ghiloth, Rajasthan. Diversifying its manufacturing prowess further, the Company has now also entered Washing Machine (WM) production at the same location in Ghiloth where the AC plant is located.The Washing Machine plant was inaugurated today by Mr. Amitabh Kant,Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog. Spread over 50 acres at Ghiloth, the greenfield WM unit will significantly strengthen Lloyd’sWM production capacity with a targeted output of3 lakh units annually.
With the enhanced manufacturing capacity, Lloyd is poised to have ~20 models of WMs and 50 SKUs of ACs in 2022, aiming to bolsterits presence in the domestic consumer durables segment. Currently manufacturing washing machines, the facility is equipped to expand to over 5 lakh units annually. The manufacturing plant consists of best-in-class machinery from Japan, Korea and Italy and is equipped with cutting-edge technologically advanced10 Robotic machines and AGV’s (Automated Guided Vehicle) and a fully integrated material management system. The plant also has Management Execution System – MES from Dassault, France which helps in real time monitoring of processes thereby improving productivity and reducing loss-time & wastage.

On his visit at the most advanced robotic and Industry 4.0 compliant consumer durable manufacturing plant, Mr. Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog said, “The state-of-the-art facility for manufacturing Lloyd AC & Washing Machinesat Ghiloth is a testimony of Havells’ commitment towards Government’s aim to build an Atmanirbhar Bharat. Their Industry 4.0 standard manufacturing facility, with real-time monitoring system (MES), showcases Havells’ ability to manufacture world-class products at globally competitive prices”.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಎಡ ಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ( ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ) ಯನ್ನು ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು , ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ .

ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಧೈಯೋದ್ದೇಶಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ . 1 ) ಎರಡು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡುಸುವಿಕೆ . 2 ) ಎಡ – ಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಶವ – ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸ್ಮಶಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . 3 ) ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಶಯಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ . 4 ) ಡಾ || ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಬಿ.ಆರ್ . ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರವರ ವಿಚಾರ ಧಾರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪಡಿಸುವುದು . 5 ) ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಜವಾದ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯ ಜನಾಂಗ ಎಡ – ಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು . 6 ) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಎರಡು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರಂತರ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ , ಶೋಷಣೆ , ಜಾತಿ ನಿಂದನೆ , ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತೆ , ಆಚರಣೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕಾನೂನು ಜರುಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುವುದು .

7 ) ಬುದ್ಧ , ಬಸವ , ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರವರ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮತ್ಥಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ . 8 ) ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಸಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ , ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ , ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಮೇಲೆ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಎಸೆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು . 9 ) ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಿ ಎರಡು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತದಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು . 10 ) ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು , ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ , ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ , ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಬಿರ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣಗಳನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು . 11 ) ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಹಾಗೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಹುದ್ದೆ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುವುದು . ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗದ ಶೋಷಿತ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಧೈಯೋದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ .

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಸತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ , ಭಾರತ ( NHRD INDIA ) ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಗಾಯವು ಹೌಸಿಂಗ್ ಫಾರ್ ಆಲ್ ಮಿಷನಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಇದು ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವಸತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ , ಇದು ಕೈಗೆಟುಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಸತಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ , ಈಗ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಿಎಸ್‌ ಆಡಳಿತ 2021-2025 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ , ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ , ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು , ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು NGO ಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮತ್ತು CSR ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶಿತರಿಗೆ , ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಿಸಿಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ಅಡಳಿತ 2021-2025 ಟಿಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ , ವಸತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ರಚಿಸಲಾದ NHRD ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ .

ಈ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ . NHRD ಭಾರತದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೌಸಿಂಗ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಪಿಸಿಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ಆಡಳಿತ 2021/25 ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ , 5 % ಅನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ , ಈ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಈ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೀಟಾಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ NIHRD ವಸತಿ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿಗಳು / ಅಯಾಯಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ . ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದವರನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು LIG ( ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆದಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ) , MIG ( ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಆದಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ) ಮತ್ತು , HIG ( ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅದಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ) ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಾ.ಎ. ಜಕರಿಯಾ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು . ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ , ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಡೆವಲಪರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಷ್ಯಳಿಂದ ಮನೆ / ಫ್ಯಾಟ್ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ .

( 2 ) ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್ . ಘೋಟೇಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ ಅರಸಿಣಗೇರಿ , ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು , ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಎಜುಕೇಷನ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ , ರವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತ ದಂಡ ಸಂಹಿತೆ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 120 ಬಿ , 403 406 ಹಾಗೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಿಗ್ರಹ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1988 ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 13 ( 1 ) ( ಎ ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆಯನ್ನು ಹೂಡಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು . Bengaluru: While the world is increasingly moving towards digitalization because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bengaluru-based ARTIST for Her (Asian Research and Training Institute for Skill Transfer), led by its CEO Dr. Hema Divakar, a renowned healthcare leader, pioneered the concept of digital transfer of skills, knowledge and training to healthcare providers and caregivers much before the deadly coronavirus impacted humanity.

Taking into consideration the challenges faced by the healthcare sector in a vast country like India, Dr. Hema Divakar, five years ago, had envisioned the role of digitalization in strengthening the system by imparting necessary skills and training through remote learning and training methods. It was found most effective in the capacity building of healthcare workers in the maternal and child healthcare sectors.

What began as an earnest effort by ARTIST for Her to prevent the deaths of babies in remote and inaccessible parts of the country and ensure that women’s health is the nation’s wealth through digital skills, knowledge transfer and training, today, digitalization has encapsulated the healthcare sector. “The disruption brought about by digitalization is inevitable today because of the pandemic. We are delighted because we had an early mover advantage in this; ARTIST for Her has built a fantastic, reliable and proven digital skill transfer platform that benefits a wide variety of stakeholders, behind healthcare workers,” said Dr. Hema Divakar, CEO, ARTIST for Her.

Digital skills transfer is today one of the cornerstones of ARTIST for Her, which has conducted several regional, national and international conferences, training modules, symposia, consultations, and capacity building programs in the virtual world. Crucial among them were Manyata, a quality improvement and certification initiative offered by Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) for private facilities providing maternal care. ARTIST For Her piloted the program and further provided the necessary training through the digital format.

Likewise, for ORIGYN (Oasis of Recognized & Innovative Practices in Gynaecology), which rewrote women’s healthcare protocols for India and other low and middle healthcare countries, ARTIST for Her was the advocacy partner managing the mega virtual skill building platform. Pregnancy, Obesity and Nutrition Initiative (PONI) declaration and agenda implementation of Pregnancy & Non-Communicable Diseases Committee by International Federation of Gynaecology & Obstetrics also greatly benefited from digitalization at the international level.
Digitalization has also helped the healthcare sector at the grassroots level. ARTIST for Her’s pilot project – “Hemmaragala Model Health & Wellness Village” in Nanjangud constituency in Karnataka is a PPP model, which shows the way forward for a new rural low-dose high-impact preventive healthcare delivery system that can be implemented across the state. “A continuum of this initiative will be through the digital platform in the next few months to empower the providers to be confident and competent to offer preventive healthcare through skill transfer. This will help them use their discretion to identify problems early and refer,” pointed out Dr. Hema.

The launch of another novel initiative of JANANI HELPLINE will connect the girls and women with the specialists for consultations in India. Through 1,000 frontline healthcare providers, the number of beneficiaries will be close to one lakh women in the entire constituency of Nanjangud. Data documentation and impact report of the initiative will generate evidence for trends in improvement in nutrition and anemia, diabetes status and enhanced use of contraception as a parameter of wellness will be produced as a part of FIGO Well Woman Healthcare Committee, where Dr. Hema Divakar holds the prestigious position of the Chair of the committee.

“The Hemmaragala model delivered digitally could be the future of healthcare, where health experts are taken to the doorstep of villagers by a people’s representative, in collaboration with private players to ensure delivery of quality healthcare,” added Dr. Hema.

While digitalization is now pervasive, ARTIST for Her demonstrated that it was ahead of its time in taking the virtual route to benefit the entire healthcare ecosystem. Recently ARTIST for Her received FICCI A for Excellence in Capacity Building.
