ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅರಿಗೋಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಏಜೆಂಟರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದಿ ಸಂಘವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಹಕೊತಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ವಂಚನೆಗೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಗಳಿಂದ ನರಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ನೋವು ನಅವುಗvಗೆ ಸಂದಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ಈವರೆಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ಬೀದಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ . ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದು ಅಗಿಗೋಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಮೊರೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ದಿನಾಂಕ 08 – 07 – 2019 ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ರೈಲ್ವೇ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 10 . 00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಏಜೆಂಟರೂ ಸಹಸ್ರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಲಿದ್ದು , ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಳಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದು , ಸದರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವು ಸಹ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಿಂದ ನರಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರಹಿಂಸೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಳಕಳಿಯ ಮನವಿ .

ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯಗಳು :

* ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಏಜೆಂಟರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಭೆ ಕರೆಯಬೇಕು .

* ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಶೀಘ್ರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಸರ್ಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಎರಡು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕು .

* ತೆಲಂಗಾಣದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲದಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಪಿಲ್ , ನಂ . 193 / 2015 ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಹಿತ ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು .

* ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸರಿ ಸುಮಾರು 8 . 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಹರಿಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಕಂಪನಿಯವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಖರವಾದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು . ಸದರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಬಾಂಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪ್ರತಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಬಾಂಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಬೇಕು .

* ರೂ . 50 , 000 / – ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಒಳಗೆ ಹಣವನು ಠೇವಣಿ ಇರುವ ಬಡ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ತಕಣ ನೆರವಿಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ರೂ . 700 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಡ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು .

* ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ , ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಇತರೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರ , ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲಿರುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬೇನಾಮಿ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಜಪ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು .

* ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆಧಾರ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು .

* ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಂಚನೆ ಹಗರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರರಾದ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು .

* ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಮೂಲ ಠೇವಣಿ ಹಣ ಸರಿ ಸುಮಾರು ರೂ . 1 , 700 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು .

* ಅಗ್ರಿಗೋಲ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಂದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಹಣದಿಂದ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು , ಉಳದ ಹಣದಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಠೇವಣಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಲಾಭಾಂಶದ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು .

JanaJal Secures Contract to Install Water ATMs at all 59 Stations of Konkan Railway

The cluster of 61 water ATMs at Konkan Railway stations is expected to serve 7.5 million commuters daily, besides catering to local communities residing in the area

JULY 3, 2019: JanaJal, India’s premier water-services company, today announced it has secured contract for deployment of water ATMs with Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL). The contract is a concession for a period of five years for deployment of 61 water vending machines at all 59 railway stations of Konkan Railway, covering the entire stretch of KRCL across Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka.

Announcing the contract, Mr. Parag Agarwal, Founder & CMD, JanaJal, said, “We are delighted to secure this contract with Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, as it becomes an extension of the 101 water ATMs that we have already installed across Mumbai and Maharashtra with the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). All the 61 water ATMs at Konkan Railway stations will be managed by an operator to assist the passengers while securing safe water and carry out routine operations and maintenance activities. Through this project alone, we expect to create nearly 100 jobs and social entrepreneurship opportunities for individuals who can manage daily operations and maintenance at respective stations of Konkan Railway, thereby sustaining themselves and their families.”

Mr. Agarwal added, “The entire cluster of 61 water ATMs will be completed over a period of five months. Our initial survey has indicated that the quality of water in the Konkan region is one of the best in India and therefore there is no need for use of Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology for water treatment. Therefore, in line with our company’s sustainability goals, JanaJal will be using alternate superior technologies for water treatment that will minimise the wastage of water to less than 5%. RO technology would only be used on sites where the quality of raw water is found unsuitable for human consumption. This will be a major step towards water conservation without compromising the quality of safe water being dispensed and maintaining consistency.”

“The cluster of 61 water ATMs is expected to serve 7.5 million commuters daily, besides catering to local communities residing around the railway stations. The daily consumption covering all the railway stations is expected to reach approximately 1 lakh litres in due course and will help eliminate as many as single-use plastic bottles from the environment”, added Mr. Parag Agarwal, Founder and CMD, JanaJal.

JanaJal till date has similar projects in Maharashtra through 101 installations with Central Railways, Western Railways and Harbour Line, besides nearly 100 installed water ATMs at various Police Stations in Mumbai. With the implementation of this cluster in KRCL, JanaJal will have approximately 300 water ATMs in Maharashtra. The company intends to expand this network further in the state over the next 12 months.
