ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 16: ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಸೋರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಿಂದ ಸಂಭವಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಅವಘಡಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ನೂತನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ರಿಗ್ಯಾಸ್ (ReGas) ಅನ್ನು ಮಿಸ್ ದಿವಾ ಕಾಸ್ಮೊ 2025 ಹಾಗೂ ಮಿಸ್ ಕಾಸ್ಮೊ 2026ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಲಿರುವ ಅವನಿ ಕೇಕೆಕೊಚ್ಚಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಲಘು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಭಾರತಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸದ ಡಾ. ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಅವರು ಗಣ್ಯರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಸುಪ್ರಮ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ ಆ್ಯಂಡ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸಸ್ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅವನಿ ಅವರ ಮುಂದಾಳತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ, ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಪೂರಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಲಭಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ನೋವಿನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರ

ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಅವಘಡದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮ್ಮನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನೋವು, ಇಂತಹ ದುರಂತಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಅವನಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು ಅವರ ಆಶಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ್ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲಿಯಂ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಷನ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (ಬಿಪಿಸಿಎಲ್) ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ‘ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ’ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಇದರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ತುರ್ತು ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ 1906 ಕುರಿತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಎಲಿವೇಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಡಿ ರಿಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ₹11 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನುದಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ 10,000 ಜನರನ್ನು ತಲುಪುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ 1,000 ಮನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಮೂರರಿಂದ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ಮನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಲುಪುವ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

ಏರೋಸ್ಪೇಸ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್, ಉದ್ಯಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯ ಕಲಾವಿದೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅವನಿ, ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕಲಾ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಯೆಟ್ನಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಮಿಸ್ ಕಾಸ್ಮೊ 2026 ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಲಿರುವ ಅವರು, ಎಲ್‌ಪಿಜಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯುವ ಆಶಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru, October 15, 2026: Maximus Life Sciences has launched two new nutritional supplements, Max UR LIFE Men and Max UR LIFE Women, aimed at supporting the everyday nutritional needs of men and women through formulations combining essential vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients.

The launch was attended by Karnataka Health and Family Welfare Minister U.T. Khader Fareed, along with Dr. Lalith Kumar G. and Dr. Rajiv Golcha, founders of Maximus Life Sciences. The event highlighted the importance of preventive healthcare, nutritional awareness and informed choices in maintaining overall wellbeing.

The newly launched products are designed to complement daily diets by providing essential micronutrients alongside selected botanical ingredients. Both formulations are available in vegetarian capsule form and feature a liposomal formulation.

Nutritional support for men and women

Max UR LIFE Men combines essential vitamins and minerals with ingredients such as zinc, vitamin D3, magnesium, ashwagandha and shilajit. The formulation is intended to support energy metabolism, normal testosterone levels, muscle function and bone health as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

AISATS Expands Warehousing Services with Flexible Short-Term Storage

New facility caters to urgent cargo needs; logistics park records 70% occupancy within its first year

Bengaluru, October 14, 2026: Air India SATS Airport Services (AISATS) has introduced a Short-Term Warehousing (STW) solution at its BLR Logistics Park to provide flexible storage options for freight forwarders, shippers and businesses requiring temporary cargo storage.

The service caters to both general and temperature-controlled cargo, with storage available for periods starting from just one day. It allows customers to meet urgent and seasonal storage requirements without entering into long-term lease agreements.

Spread across eight acres, the AISATS BLR Logistics Park has achieved 70% occupancy within its first year of operations and is moving towards full occupancy. Located close to Bengaluru airport with direct access to NH44, the facility aims to reduce transportation costs and transit time by minimising the need to move cargo to warehouses located 40–50 km away.

The integrated logistics hub offers Grade A warehousing, customs-bonded storage, cold storage, cargo consolidation, office spaces and value-added services, including cargo transfers, packing, labelling, forklift support and dedicated manpower.

Leading logistics companies, including DHL, DSV, FedEx, Kuehne+Nagel and CEVA Logistics, have established operations at the facility. The new short-term storage service extends these facilities to small and mid-sized freight forwarders and businesses with occasional warehousing needs.

The solution is particularly useful during peak cargo seasons, including Diwali, Christmas and New Year, as well as for project cargo, oversized equipment and specialised consignments. The facility has already been used to store medical equipment requiring special handling, along with chemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients in its common-user cold storage facility.

Commenting on the initiative, Salim Chaudhary, Chief Operations Officer, AISATS, said the strong market response reflected the value and cost efficiencies offered by the integrated logistics park. He added that the short-term warehousing service was introduced to meet the growing demand for flexible storage, enabling customers to access modern infrastructure without long-term commitments.

With demand coming from sectors such as electronics, semiconductors, engineering, aerospace and pharmaceuticals, AISATS aims to strengthen its role in supporting Bengaluru’s growing air cargo and logistics ecosystem.

Mahindra Launches BLAZO i-TRK, Promises Higher Profits for Transporters

Bengaluru, October 13, 2026: Mahindra Truck and Bus, part of the Mahindra Group, has launched the new BLAZO i-TRK heavy commercial vehicle, designed to help transporters improve fuel efficiency, reduce operating costs and increase profitability. Promoted as ‘Profit Ka Rocket’, the truck combines advanced technology, engine performance and connected fleet management features.

The company claims that the BLAZO i-TRK can deliver up to 10% better fuel efficiency and generate additional profits of up to ₹15 lakh per truck over five years, subject to operating conditions.

The vehicle is powered by Mahindra’s 320 HP mPOWER engine across the range. Its AI-enabled iFUELSMART Auto Drive mode, TurboMAXX turbocharger and OptiFuel air compressor are designed to improve fuel economy and operational efficiency.

48-Hour Uptime Guarantee

A key feature is the company’s industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee. Under the programme, eligible customers will receive ₹10,000 per day if their vehicle is not returned to the road within the committed 48-hour period, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Mahindra has also introduced a Parts Supply Guarantee covering 250 critical parts. If an eligible part is not supplied within the promised 24-hour period, customers can receive it free of cost, subject to the programme’s conditions. The truck also comes with a warranty covering more than 100 parts.

Advanced Fleet Management

The BLAZO i-TRK features iMAXX 2.0, Mahindra’s connected vehicle platform offering real-time vehicle monitoring, predictive diagnostics, driver behaviour analysis and service management. Fleet owners can also access features such as remote ignition inhibition and air-conditioning usage control.

The Now24x7 mobile application allows customers to raise and track breakdown requests, monitor assistance vehicles, order spare parts, approve repair orders digitally and schedule servicing.

Driver comfort features include an air-conditioned cabin, suspended driver’s seat, cruise control and Bluetooth-enabled hands-free communication. The company is also offering long-term maintenance contracts and extended warranty options.

Based on Mahindra’s INTELLICORE design philosophy, the truck features a bold exterior and an ergonomically designed cabin. It will be available in three colours across different variants and applications.
